Hello Umair. You can google "Re-Employment Letter" and try to emulate their styles or try an online resume building website like http://resumecompanion which contain templates for creating these types of documents. Try to keep it simple and to the point. Simply ask your employer to write the letter and why they intent to re-employ you. Short and sweet should do the job just fine since it's just standard operating procedure. Best of luck!

Alabama is not a dower/curtsey state. . Nor is it a community property state.. . However, my old underwriting quick reference guide says if the property is covered by a homestead exemption, spouse is required to sign.. . Therein might lie the rub.. . my husband who i am now getting a divorce to is filing to have my sons last name changed to his. we have never lived together and we have never had an actual marriage its only been on paper. he left practically after we got married and has always told people we were never together. when my son was born i gave him my last name (i never changed it when i get married) because me and his father have never been together and he was not around during my pregnancy and i felt it best for my son to have my name. we were not together at the time, even though legally married, so i did not want him to have his fathers last name and i knew we had a low chance of working out from past situations in the relationship... he knew one month before my son was born that i did not want to give him his last name. when he filed he stated that i was uncertain what i wanted the last name to be, even though i had told him i didnt want it to be his, and that if we had stayed together i was going to change it. i told him that if we were together id change it, but it would be years before that were to happen since i wanted to make sure we were stable before changing mine or my sons last name. needless to say he left after one week of trying to make it work. he has not seen his son in three months (my son is 4 months) and is he requesting a name change to his last name. is there anyone who has any experience with this or thougths as to if the judge would actually allow my sons last name to be changed?
