What kind of written notice to i give to my mother in law?

A friend of mine has been divorced for 9 years can she change her childrens surname without telling her x?

I would like to settle my debts and unfortunately all went to a collection agency. One is for an old phone bill and all the others is for hospital bills and I had to have surgery. One of the main bills is for $25,000. I called the CA so that I can not have this on my credit report, they told me that I can pay $50 a month but that they only do verbal agreements. I told them that before I send them money that I would need a written agreement, they said that the best they can do for me is send me a reminder letter every month about the charge ehich I don't understand at all because they will NOT let you mail in payments. My question is...is there a specific phrase to use with these people to get a written agreement? I want to buy a townhouse and want this to get squared away but they said that since they are meeting me 1/2 way then I have to meet them 1/2 way? Where do I even start with these collection agencies?. Thank you guys! The debts I'm talking about are only a year old and I just initially called the collection agency 2 days ago to try and settle this so that it would look a little better on me.

Years ago from a catalog (Lillian Vernon or Walter Drake). I purchased a small portable white plastic embossing kit with a hand held press, containing a complete mini alphabet and various symbols (heart, ampersand etc)It was wonderful for embossing envelopes, stationery etc. I have never found anything like it again..

Can you help me write a letter of reference ?

If you don't have business skills it would be worthwhile finding a business angel who will mentor, support and maybe even provide finance for your venture, of course they will want a percentage, but what is better 50%of a highly successful business, or 100% of a failure (by the way 50% is just used as an example, 10, 15, 20, 25% are generally the terms these guys look for...but think about how much you are prepared to give away to see the success of your invention, and consider it in a positive light, think about what this person will bring to you, experience, contacts, marketing and sales skills etc....) Contact your local business advice centre (business link in the UK, dunno about elsewhere) but STILL get them to sign the agreements - you should find free templates you can use online, I have mine, I am sure I can dig them out next time I am home if u really need them. (for 12% of your invention rights - LOL - J O K I N G !!!!!). . Hope that's not information overload, good luck
