give me a copy of application letter for loan?

Okay, my husband is already over at his duty station and I am still in the states. He went and saw someone about getting the forms for me the be able to join him and she sent me an AF Form 1466, which was suppose to be for medical and mental. So I got the medical part filled out and then trying to figure out how to get the mental part filled out I talked to a Srgt. from a different base. He told me that he had never heared of the AF form 1466 and that I actually needed the DD form 2792. So I am quite confused on what to do, and am currently unable to get ahold of my husband. PLEASE HELP!.

First it is important to know what the letter is pertaining to. You say an audition? And you mention her abilities. When we say "audition", we usually mean a skill that requires artistic skills, such as singing or theater. I am getting the impression that what you might be referring to is an "interview". Unless this school is a venue for students to audition for music? Singing? Dancing? Theater? If this is a school that is questioning her on her intelligence and personality so she is accepted into that school for academics, then this would be called an interview. I'll give you both cases in two letters.. . note: don't use "first of all", unless there will be a "second of all" later in your letter :)
