Problem to write Pdf forms -?

Just like a cover letter for a job application, it is meant to be directed at the person who is going to be evaluating the plan and to give them a brief overview of what they should expect. For example you will want to mention the name and type of business, and what you are seeking from that individual such as mangement guidance, funding, feasibility opinion, line of credit.. . There is no specific format to use but make sure it is professional and paints your proposal in the best light.. . Good Luck!

Thank you very much!.

No...the name change will be legalized by the court and the credit score updated to show both your old and new names...sorry, but if it were that easy, everyone would just change names instead of bankruptcy or other methods.. . Just so you know...from a Deed Poll site:. . With a Deed Poll, you can change your forenames and/or surname, add names, remove names or rearrange your existing names. You can change your name at any time and for any reason provided it is not to deceive or defraud or to avoid an obligation.. . Using a name change to avoid being linked with your credit report would be considered fraud.
