• Louanne Masry, daughter of renowned attorney Ed Masry of "Erin Brockovich" fame, practiced law at her late-father's law firm Masry & Vititoe in Westlake Village from 1997 until 2007, when she then joined forces with Taylor & Ring.

  Ed Masry became a household name in the late 1990s after he successfully pursued a toxic tort case at the urging of his assistant, Erin Brockovich. That case ultimately was settled by Pacific Gas & Electric for over $300 million. Erin Brockovich and Ed Masry's story was made into the hit movie in 2000 starring Julia Roberts and Albert Finney. Ed Masry passed away in 2005 from complications caused by diabetes.
