A Notary Public is actually an appointed state officer. They are usually appointed by the Secretary of State. In some states, Notary's are required to have a bond.. . The duty of the notary is generally that to verify identities of individuals who must sign documents. To do this, they must use a photo id of the person who appears before them to have a document signed. The Notary must usually keep a log or journal of who has appeared before them, what ID document was used to provide positive ID, and the document that was notarized.. . A Notary's commission usually is for four years. In some states, the amount a Notary may charge is fixed by state statute. Other states may allow the Notary to fix their own rates.
Hi, im 16 and still in highschool. When I get older I want to be a Real Estate Agent and like flip houses? What college classes should I do so a real estate agency would hire me? Archetecture? Or what?. But what are actual College classes I should look into taking.
I, blah blah, intend to sell my car to you, the idiot, for the amount of $xxxx. Who needs this? A BIll of Sale can be found anywhere. If the car is paid for, signing the title immediately transfers ownership. What do they want, a guarantee?. . I'll tell you what this person wants. He/she wants something that's locked in, in case they can't find a better deal or the car they REALLY want. He/she wants to hold you to your word while he/she continues to shop. Get them to sign a Letter of Intent to Purchase. See how that goes. Good luck.
