Can you please help me re-write my Objective Statement?

Pay attorneys fees for what? You need to explain what you are hiring a lawyer for? If it's to get power of attorney, if the relative is mentally competent and has no guardian, then they can sign the POA. You can find samples of a POA on websites (make sure you find one for your state) or the title company can probably give you a sample.. . POA does not require a lawyer. It is just a form authorizing someone to act on their behalf for a specific purpose (in this case, the sale of a house). Or just have her sign the sales documents and the escrow documents.. . If she is not mentally competent, then you need to have a guardian appointed. Contact the local public guardians office for help. (Call 211 from a landline for the number)

What to do with double standard bf? Confused and frustrated!?

If you file for BK in California, you will eliminate all of your debts and keep all of your items. (They are exempt from the BK estate.)

I am not a us citizen. Can I change name on the green card and then on the driver's license? Is it feasible and easy? Or do I have to change name on my passport first?.

trust and estate lawyer. that is called a support trust. that lawyer is probably the trustee and you are the beneficiary. you need to talk to a trust lawyer in your state to determine your rights and how you can enforce its terms.. . btw, inter vivos trusts (set up during the life of the settlor--person setting up the trust) completely bypass probate administration in every state. if it was a testamentary trust (set up and funded after death) then it has already been set up and administered through probate. this is a trust issue not probate although a probate lawyer may do both.
