I am the prosecuting attorney in a double murder case in which the husband killed the wife and the maid. I need to grant my sister permission in NC to sign over my title, I am in FL. So I understand I need to send her a notarized limited power of attorney document giving her the legal right to sign my title over to the buyer of the car. I have seen websites that charge for the document and then free ones that let you just print it out. Is it as simple as just printing it out for free, filling it out and having it notarized? Or am I supposed to paying for this document?.

what are the differences and similarities of a business letters and social letters?

I heard on the grapevine that my tennant was planning a moonlight flit. They have been in the property 4 and a half years. the tennancy agreement was a 12 month one which ended april 1st. I have checked the tennancy agreement and it says if not renewed it runs on a month to month basis and the tennant has to still give 1 months notice. . Her rent is usually paid the 1st but i still havnt received it and hadnt received her notice. So i tried to phone her to ask what was going on. I was ignored, so i posted a letter saying i knew she was moving out and needed to be in to inspect the property within 48 hours and could she contact me with a convienient time. that was friday. I had no response so i text on monday. The reply i got was that she was going to give her notice until i sent the letter. But if this is the case, the notice should have been given on july 1st. I posted the letter August 3rd. I still didnt hear anything, so on wednesday 8th august i went to the property and knocked for about 10 mins. I also tried to call. No answer. So i opened the door with my key. I shouted up the passage and knocked on the living room door and her husband opened it. I asked what was happening and he said they were moving out in a couple of days. I said well where is your notice and he said he doesnt have to give it cos tennancy has ran out, so i told him to read through it again. I have a feeling they are going tomorrow, when she gets paid, thats when she can pay for new property what they have been doing up for a couple of months, and im not going to get a penny. where do i stand legally?.

Trying to figure out how to create a letter head for my buisness affairs so I can be more professional. Im using microsoft word student and office 2007. Need some help on this..
