My family received a massive bill from a law firm my late father used. It seems odd because it was for "reviewing estate planning", when he had this done recently.. . The law does have any written proof that my late father requested any work.. . He was on a heavy dose morphine at the time they claim he requested the service.. . I believe that they are either lying or took advantage of my very ill and aged (93 year old) late father. I am afraid that they are trying to bleed the estate dry..

how do i become a real estate developer?

A living trust is something that people typically set up so that they can pass assets on to their heirs after death, avoiding the probate costs involved.. . However, unless the estate is of significant size (worth several million dollars), the cost of setting up the trust may exceed the cost of probate, thus making the living trust a bad idea, financially.

Somebody I know has found a house for sale where the vendor is a Power Of Attorney to the owner, an elderly lady in a home no longer capable of looking after herself.. The vendor wants to sell the house quickly as he will no longer be Power Of Attorney or be part of the will after the lady has died. It is thought she only has a few weeks to live as she is terminally ill.. He is letting it go cheap but wants to add ?20,000 to the sale price to keep for himself on the side. I am considering buying the property, but would like to know what happens if the lady dies during the sale process. Will the sale automaticaly fall through as the will comes into force, will I then get the property without having to pay the extra ?20,000 (which I am not sure if the solicitors even know about) or will nothing change for me.. Thankyou for your help..

. The Greek text of the NT does NOT use the specific word homosexual. If you have a Bible that uses the specific word "homosexual," then you need to throw it out and get a new Bible, the translators have taken gross liberties.. . The word being translated to "homosexual" in 1 Corithians 6, and 1 Timothy 1 is "arsenokoitai." This word does not appear in Greek writings prior to Paul's use of it in the NT. Paul made the word up!!. . Nobody knows for sure what meaning Paul was trying to convey by it's use. If the meaning Paul wanted to convey was homosexual, then he would have used the word "paiderasste", which was the term used at the time for male homosexual. The word "paiderasste" does not appear in the Bible.. . "Arsenokoitai" is made up of two parts: "arsen" means "man"

Call up several law firms and ask them what the "average" cost to do. They should be able to state that it maybe 2 hours or 4 to finalize all documents and the cost of hourly rate.
