Does anyone know of a site where I can download forms that we can use in a small office?? Example request for leave forms, application forms, etc. I've searched the net, but can't find exactly what I am looking for. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks..

I have written short stories and 1 novel (that is in the process of being viewed, hopefully to get published). However, I am wanting to write another novel but this time I would like to have a template of some sort to help me plan it out. My first one just came to my head and I wrote things as I got it so I don't think it's going to get very far because of that (it took a lot of looking through to make sure I didn't accidently change the way something happened mid story). So obviously, an organizer of some sort would be helpful.. . The question basically is: Is there any free templates I can find online (to print) or can anyone give me sort of a layout that will cover everything needed?.

Already have Jimmy Choo. . thanks.

The schools most likely have a specific form somewhere in their applications for you to print out and hand to your references. They can fill out the form and/or write an actual letter using the form as a guideline. It's also not a bad idea for you to write a brief description of checklist of some important points they might want to know about the school, like what attracted you to that particular school or what the school looks for in an applicant. You might also consider a brief list of a few of your major accomplishments while at school. This will be helpful to your teacher, who probably has to write a ton of similar letters every single year.

In Microsoft Word it is a standard tool
