Your power of attorney ended at the instant of death. The oney belongs to the estate NOT to you.. . The questionnaire refers to heirs, those receving shares of the estate according to a will or to intestate rules. You may BE such an heor, but that has nothing to do with the power of attorney.. . This form should be filled out by the executor of the will or whoever is granted powers of probate.

I don't know what you mean by inherit "everything". If there were investments they're probably down the tubes in this economy, if there was furniture it's probably dried up by now, if it's jewelry then probably the gold was sold because now is the best time to get cash for gold, etc. Nobody is ever happy with a will their parents write.

It doesn't expire and you don't have to take it to a solicitor. You do need to get someone to witness it, but that can be pretty much anyone.. . Once it has been witnessed and you have signed it in your new name, you can, if you want, send it back to the deed poll office, where they will keep it on file for you and send you a couple of official copies. This is handy in case you lose it but it's totally optional.

it just needs to exist. You will, however, need to present it if asked for proof of name change. For example, when you apply for a job with exam certificates under a different name, or when updating your passport.

Hi,. I want to design a fast website and I was wondering if you can tell me where I can find very interactive, free, web templates package to design it. I'd also like the templates to be editable. THANK YOU!. What do you think about yahoo! site builder package? Should I use the templates? THANKS AGAIN!.

Im getting sued (long story) and hired a lawyer over a year ago. This has been going on for so long and Ive spent thousands of dollars and we arent anywhere near a conclusion. I owe him $4000 and he sent me a bill stating that he can no longer represent me unless I pay the balance within 10 days. What do I do? I have NO MORE money to pay and I dont want to lose just because i had to back out due to money. I will end up losing way more if I do. Please tell me if you have any advise. I dont know if i can find another lawyer because I wont have any money to give them to retain. HELP!!.
