I am not sure what the question is. is it. How many people have estate planning done?. How many estate plans are challenged in court?. Or something else?. Or are you talking about wills? which is a only a part of estate planning?

I would like it around 10-15%), others are completely nuts (eliminate the "Death Tax" (other wise known as the inheritance tax, meaning people that did nothing to work for the money they are getting. This is the real entitlement group, as the Death Tax only effects estates valued at over $11 million

Economically we are following an American school of thoughtl, but so are many countries, although we've seen a backlash against neo-liberalism, and I think Thatcher embraced it prior to Reagan, who merely coerced other countries to follow that route (such as Chile). We're both broadly going down the road of the Hayeks and Friedmans, but with state corporatism and cronyism helping to prop the system up when those policies fail. They followed Britain's lead in philosophy, with the analytical tradition focusing on logic and philosophy of science.. . Militarily we are intertwined with America, but their Navy used ours as a template, they also use british contractors for a number of components, just as we buy weapon systems wholesale.. . Overall, it's not a question of turning into America, but how many countries are following the Western model of civilisation, whiich is mostly Anglo-American.

Also, what sort of information will a lawyer need to prepare a will?. Thanks in advance for your help! :).

thanks.

I purchased a motorcycle on craigslist from a guy in Dixon and I live in SF. When I brought it to the DMV, they said the bill of sale between the Dixon guy and his seller was not legit. I paid the registration and back fee's. Now I have to get a bill of sale form between the my seller and his seller. They also asked for a CHP inspection. With those two, I can then get it titled to me. Now the Dixon guy is not responding to any of my calls, texts, emails. I sent a certified letter but did not get a response. I heard if you get the envelope unopened back, that will entitle it to me. Is there any other way I can get the motorcycle titled to me? I had a temporary operator's permit. I would like to ride it but the bike has a few issues listed below. Can I sell or trade the bike? What do you recommend?. . Problems:. paperwork. ignition switch detached. gas tank cap does not lock. leak somewhere near tank. . Would I pass the CHP inspection with these?.
