If I need to write "For further details please contact...", does it go before "Sincerely Yours..." or after it?. . Where should I write the addressee? At the end of the letter?.

Check the source below.

So my wife and I are getting a divorce and I don't really know how to begin the process... I'm pretty broke and want to avoid costly lawyer fees as much as possible. From the research I've been doing, it seems like I first need to make a Separation Agreement, but I had a friend tell me that we should just skip that and go to a Divorce Agreement, since our situation is fairly simple.. . Here's our situation:. -We've been married 3 years. -We moved to the states together a couple years ago (I sponsored her cause I'm a dual citizen) and I'm now back living in Ontario. She's still in the states and I'm still helping her with some expenses cause everything is in my name, (which I'm changing soon).. -We have no children. -Neither of us make a lot of money.. -I have about $13,000 debt on my personal line of credit which came from joint expenses like rent, food, etc.. -Our only asset is a car which might be worth around $15,000 (which I'll probably sell to pay off our joint debt).. -I suspect she has debt in her own name that she never told me about from before our marriage..

But be careful there. One can call themselves anything they want to, the only hitch would be to convince the state recorder to record it. It has to be clean, no expletives, and politically correct. . You must be a legal adult to do this.. . When one legally changes their name, it opens a whole can of worms. Are you changing your name to deceive someone? Or to commit some crime? Do you want to appear that you are married? It might be illegal, and if you do deceive someone for an evil purpose, you can be prosecuted, arrested and charged and tried, or sued by the wronged individual if you use the name change for evil. . When the ad is published in the paper, anyone can come before the court and tell the court why they think the name should not be changed. Including her father.. . and she must do this, you can't do it for her. And, she can't be forced to do this.
