In my training in customer service we were told NEVER to APOLOGIZE .. but rather to THANK them. So don't do the "sorry for..." line... rather to THANK them for their understanding, patience, cooperation, etc. It sits better. I do this all the time when I'm taking pizza orders at my 2nd job. If there's been some mix up, or a long time to wait for the computer, or a product is unavailable, instead of saying "I'm sorry..." I say, "Thank you for your patience..." or whatever. They usually take it a whole lot better, too.. . The closing I use in business letters is "Yours truly." It covers all bases... and you don't have to worry about being "sincere.".

I have never done a business plan before and now find myself with an urgent need to know how. What would be great is to find a website that shows some examples of good ones then offer a template where I just fill in my own info..
