The divorce was 4 years ago. The ad lidem atty set up temp cust. orders that provided for a 50/50 right of visitation between myself and the paternal grandparents of my son as my ex-husband was deemed incompetent.. . Recently there was a window that was broke at a restuarant. I had received a ticket from police for criminal damage to property under $300 (misdemeanor). I have spoken with the owner of the establishment and explained it was an accident and I also reimbursed him $400 for the window in exchange he will not be pressing charges. I was looking for a letter template to type up that the both of us can sign and I can give to the judge at my next court date. If anyone can help out with what the letter should say that would be tremendous!!!! Thank you!.
