By Taking Care Of Business, We Take Care Of You | Dayton Business Law Firm

It might sound odd for a law firm to claim that it cares about its clients ... or is it? Martin, Folino, Harmon and Stachler has thrived for generations because we understand that we are an important part of a community. By meeting with clients, listening to their concerns and delivering meaningful solutions, we do our part to ensure that our community will thrive and to set the stage for repeat business.

Today, you may seek our attorneys to help you start a business or resolve a commercial dispute. If we do a good job for you, you may call us to help you resolve an estate matter or to help you recover compensation following a severe injury.

It may seem like common sense to you, but not every law firm understands this fundamental truth: That "doing right by others" is how reputations are made, how businesses are built and why communities thrive. By looking out for each other, we look out for ourselves. We can honestly say that by taking care of business, we are taking care of you.

How do I write a job application letter? ?

can i change my daughters name?

How can I cancel a notary letter?

Okay, My husband is no longer living in the home. I plan to file for child support through DSS because I DO NOT have the $$ for an attorney. As far as custody goes, my husband keeps calling begging for visits from the kids, refuses to pay me any money outside of the court, (so I have to file through DSS) and is on DRUGS very heavily (hence, why we are no longer together). He lives in a broke down trailor park with NO power, furniture, FOOD, or anything. He has lost 50 pounds since we split TWO months ago. It is NOT safe for him to be around my children.

"A Deed Poll is a legal document that binds an individual to a particular course of action. The most common use of a Deed Poll is to change ones name, which has resulted in it being the widely recognised name for the legal document that enables you to do so officially. It is more formally known as a 'Deed of Change of Name', but the term Deed Poll is more commonly used throughout the United Kingdom.". . "The change of name becomes effective as soon as the Deed Poll is executed. It can then be used to get documents and records changed into one's new name."

Usually a Trust is created to avoid your estate being Probated upon your death. It is becoming very common and useful. The Trust sets out who you are and it names you as Trustee. You normally name a person or persons to act as Trustee in the event you are unable to, weather for health reasons or upon death. You are stating what you want done with your belongings, Real Estate or person property. It is most common for a husband and wife to name each other as successors Trustee's first and then any children, family member or a friend. Most often the Trust is revocable until such time as one of the Trustee's dies. Then it is becomes irrevocable.. I have seen some that are short and sweet and then I have seen some that are like volumes. It depends upon the size of your estate.. A trust is created when you are alive, hence the Living. The revocable part is that you can revoked (cancel) the Trust and as things change in live, more children and or property you can always Amend your Trust.. It is very common in California for Real Esate Property to be put in the Trustees name's, such as John Smith and Jane Smith, Trustees of the Smith Family Revocable Living Trust dated..................
