  • In Indiana, it's no secret which personal injury law firm insurance companies want to avoid: Keller & Keller of Indianapolis.

Keller & Keller has been around since 1936, maintaining a laser focus on personal injury law. We have successfully litigated thousands of cases. We know every injury is different, whether it involves autos, motorcycles, semitrucks or just standing in the wrong place. We litigate wrongful deaths, construction site accidents, dog bites and veterans disability. We litigate any situation in which you are harmed through no fault of your own, and are entitled to just compensation.

Getting hurt in an accident can be a life-changing event. People wonder: Who will pay the bills? Will I be compensated for lost wages? How do I keep creditors at bay? What constitutes a fair settlement? And most unnervingly, what if my injury is permanent? Our job is not just to argue your case but to provide answers to these questions.

Over our 75-year history as a law firm we have learned a few things. Our work as attorneys is free until we are successful on your behalf. We are available to you on call 24 hours a day. No matter when you call us, a human being will pick up. Parking is free at our Indianapolis offices.

Our advice to people who have just been in an accident is simple. Hire a lawyer who does only personal injury, like Keller & Keller. Make sure it is a lawyer with abundant courtroom experience, and a verifiable record of success.

Most importantly, let your lawyer speak for you. Talking to an insurance company on your own can sabotage your claim-and possibly cost you everything.

For Example- As a drafting company, we create a set of house plans. We also have affiliated with us a company that can supply all of the building material, framer, roofer, plumber, electricial, etc. I want to include with the plans that are drawn up, a letter that offers our other services as well. I want to see examples of letters done in the past to determine what would be good vs bad on paper. Any help or ideas are welcome. Thank you!.

I need a cool letters/ numbers print for my printmaking class?

Some of the folks who answer here get confused because of the concept of a "priority aid deadline". That deadline is important, but it is not the same thing as the final "you won't get any aid" deadline.. . Priority aid deadline day is the day that each school begins to evaluate their aid applications, and put together aid packages for each applicant. There are certain forms of financial aid that each school only has a small amount of. Because the amounts are so small, most schools will completely distribute those forms of aid on the priority aid deadline day. Missing the deadline will probably mean that you won't be considered for those forms of aid.. . HOWEVER - the two largest financial aid programs - the Stafford Lending program, and the Pell Grant program, are NOT allocated to your school in limited amounts. If you qualify for a Pell Grant, you will be offered the full amount of your grant no matter when you apply for financial aid. You can apply in July - heck - you can wait and apply in November, and you will still get whatever Pell Grant you would have qualified for on January 1st. The same is true of the Stafford - no matter when you apply, you WILL be offered a Stafford loan.. . Your question makes it sound as if you are experiencing the all-too-common financial struggles that most of the rest of us are coping with. That may have meant that you would have qualified for some forms of that limited funds aid - but - your delay in applying may mean that you will have to wait until next year to be offered those. Definitely make a point of getting your application in early next year.. . So - apply now. If you need more information, I very highly recommend the Department of Education pamphlet called "Funding Education Beyond High School: The Guide to Federal Student Aid" - I've included a link to that publication at the end of this answer.. . I hope this information helped you - best of luck in returning to school.

How do I write a standard letter when omitting the address?

What do I need to write in the letter to revoke the power of attorney?. . Specifically following the New York law guidelines

Wow...you sound quite busy, eh? I enjoyed your letter and love to share my time with you even though I am crazy busy with some homework everyday if I am available. It is interesting to find out you're a sort of writer. I like writing while I do not have skills of writing a novel, haha... I have a friend of mine, who is from French and she is my best friend here. I am not a huge pal for chocolate, but love to taste chocolate croissants that I have never tasted if you take me to the place you like. Who knows if I will be addicted to it. I can appreciate cappuccino there if I don't like your favourite chocolates/chocolate. Plus, we can pretend to look like French couple kissing the chocolates, lol.... . The job you are doing now sounds very interesting to me, I think, as I have never done those things in my life. I look forward to seeing you and some pictures of your work. Take it easy imagining of kissing me when you are free .
