where i can get sample make up??????just sample.

If someone gives you power of attorney are you authorized to lease a new vehicle in their name?.

. How You Will Follow Up

Yes i had AT&T and i don't need the cell phone anymore so i gave it to my son and he took over the phone bill.. but every time he wants to make a change to it at&t calls me to grant access to the account even tho he is on the account. so i just want to take my name and SSN off and put his on the account.. can i do that and how can i do it?.

My contract states "The agreement cannot be broken mid term by either the tenant or the landlord unless either party has not kept to the terms of the agreement".. . To me this says that the agreement can only be broken if the agreement is broken, so if I just stop paying rent and leave then is there anything the landlord can do about it?. And could I recover my deposit or do I have to accept that he's probably going to keep it?. My name isn't on any of the bills and there's no financial guarantor.. . I gave him verbal notice a couple of weeks ago that I want to leave at the end of march and he said that he couldn't make me stay but he's changed his tune since then and has been telling me that our agreement can't be broken.. He seems to think it's an air tight contract but I think it looks more like a standard template he's downloaded and made some of his own amendments to.. . The remaining rent he'd receive if I stay to the end of the agreement will be roughly ?1250.. Is it worth him pursuing this through the courts for that amount of money?. . If I want to surrender my tenancy can he stop me? . It would work out better for both parties if it went down that way rather than me just abandoning the property but he thinks he can keep me tied to my contract and I don't want to stay.. . The landlord has been showing prospective new tenants (presumably to take up tenancy at the end of the current multiple occupancy agreements) after asking permission from us to do so

I need to know how to create a cover letter for my resume. I have forgotten how to make one, and i would like to make my resume look more presentable..
