Does anyone know where I can download free business website templates? Business as in I plan to sell a variety of products.

But, the taxes and the prices of goods and services are uber-high. And if one wants to do tax planning, then one has to take on more liabilities to make the interest payments tax free.. . My question is then why do wealthy Canadians not move to avoid the ridiculously high taxes charged by their Government? Many people south of the border do move for the same reason. Serious answers only please, and please refrain from referring to how high the taxes in Europe are.. @Randy: is that why the number of asylum seekers in Canada are going through the roof, so that they know they can come and panhandle from the Government? That comes from the taxes too! Nice snow job, but your $82,000 income is not much, if you pay 30% of it to tge Government. You cannot even afford a house in Toronto, not me, but the realtors speaking.. @Lowlevel: Some of the tax money does come back, but then Canadian get a raw deal in terms of the prices too: or else all those shoppping trips to Buffalo would not happen. Besides, with Target now entering Canada, why is Sears dropping prices: if that is not proof of price gouging, what is?. . The problem is that Canadians are too nice to their own Government. Look at the rip-off that is real estate. Canadians pay more to get a house that would fit in the living room of an equivalent US House!.

Any real estate attorney can handle landlord/tenant issues but not everyone wants to take those on. They basically leave it up to the landlord or tenant who takes the case to court and usually everything is verbal instead of written that is why it sometimes can be a wasteof timefor an attorney.
