Can someone please tell me whom is the best to use for my small business.

The person who creates the will most often will create a trust to hold the inheritance of anyone under a certain age. Generally there is a trustee in charge of the money and it can be spent for certain things like education and health, and the beneficiary is entitled to receive the money outright when he reaches a certain age. Sometimes a portion is paid out as certain ages are reached.. . If the person who creates the will does not create such a trust, then a court will typically require that any money left to a minor (minority depends on the state, but is usually 18) be kept in a separate account and not paid out to the minor until he reaches the age of majority.

My favorite writers are Neil Gaiman, Cornelia Funke, and Roald Dahl. I guess someone can be a good writer when they have their own writing voice or their own style. When there's a little bit of magic or interest that's unique to their own.. I'm really NOT a fan of teen literature since they're all the same. I guess writers have the ability to properly voice their thoughts on paper and convince others. . For a story writer, you have to keep the action going and keep the readers interested. There also have to be a lot of good characterization that keeps characters unique even if they play common roles in the story like 'the rebound guy'. :). For journalism - i'm not sure about this, but I guess they're like bloggers(?). Same as above, voicing their opinions, laying down the points.. I think good writers have the ability to lay their thoughts down (i've said this a million times in this answer but!). When I'm trying to come up with an answer, I come up with it. Writers have the ability to go backwards and see the way they think. . Did this make sense?

can you show me an example of an application letter?

Depending on the state, you can sell a car with a Bill of Sale! You can typically find templates on the internet. Jut make sure you deliver the title once it's recieved. Another thing you want to look at, is who the vehicle is currently titled to. If it's title to her, you will have to have Power of attorney or receive the vehicle in a will in order to sign it over. I experienced this with my grand fathers car. The best thing we ever did, was take it to carmax, they gave us an offer and directed us the right direction to fix the title. Hope this helps!

My great grandma recently had a stroke and is now in a nursing home. She is doing fine and is eating fine and everything. She is 93 years old and i think 15 years ago she signed over the Power of Attorney to my great aunt. My great grandma wants to go home but my witch of a great aunt wont take her home because she doesn't think she can handle it. My grandma wouldn't mind taking my great grandma home to take care of her but she cant because shes not the power of attorney. She also lost out on her half of the inheritence because of that. Couldn't my great grandma just revoke the Power of Attorney from my great aunt and then grant it to my grandma or is it too late? please respond asap.. My great aunt is the Power of Attorney. She threatened my grandma that she was going to get her banned from visiting my great grandma..
