• Jason C. Walker is an associate attorney at JEFFREY BURR. In 2006, Jason earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from the University of Wyoming. Why is it always "cease AND desist?" Why not just one or the other?

Land trusts are not used as often since the development of Limited Liability Companies.. . A special kind of land trust, a QPRT or Qualified Personal Residence Trust is used for estate planning purposes but I don't think that's what you're talking about.. . I'm interested in the layout, paragraphing, organisation, salutations, are there certain set phrases that are used. It doesn't matter whether it's a letter of complaint or cover letter for a job, or a request for information about something. How's it laid out in German, spanish, korean etc etc.
