  • People often ask me why I dedicate my professional life to defending "criminals."

First, the vast majority of my clients are not "criminals." They are honest, decent, and hard-working people, who for a number of different reasons, have made poor life choices and are dealing with the aftermath of those poor life choices. In my experience, the poor life choices that they made are the end result of personal and professional difficulties that they have been dealing with for a long time. They come to my office confused, embarrassed and under a great deal of stress at carrying around the label of someone who has been arrested or accused of committing a crime. I help them navigate the intimidating world of courthouses, judges and prosecutors. With proper representation, they can return to the productive lives that they led before they made the poor life choices that caused them to come to my office.

Second, the general public does not understand that the police quite often get it wrong. Unfounded, false or mistaken charges are sometimes made by family members, domestic partners, friends, employers and police officers. I pride myself on fighting back against those false or mistaken charges made against my clients to allow them to return to their communities and the productive lives that they led with their freedom and reputations intact.

Last, I enjoy taking on the unlimited resources and power of the government, police officers and prosecutors. It is truly a battle between David and Goliath but I relish the challenge.

I pride myself on winning cases for clients, not just "handling" cases. I scrutinize each case to determine if the facts fit the charge and whether the police violated the law in the manner in which they conducted a search or questioned a client for example.

Attorney Caldarone graduated from Pepperdine University (B.A., 1993 and M.A., 1999) in Malibu, California and received his legal degree from Northeastern University School of Law (J.D., 2002) in Boston, Massachusetts.

After graduating from law school, attorney Caldarone was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, successfully tried as lead counsel and handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. That intensive experience taught him how police and prosecutors build criminal cases and how to expose the weaknesses in those cases.

Attorney Caldarone is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, the Supreme Court of the United States and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.

In a Devotional website, how we can accept prayer request from the user?

i need a student loan?

What is a good investment plan for starters?

People want every conceivable visit and procedure covered under insurance, and since insurance is shared risk and shared cost, the prices go up and up and up as the providers have to pay for everything. Imagine how expensive your car or insurance would be if it paid for gas, tune ups, washes, tires, etc. Health insurance is no longer insurance, it's full-coverage payments. Insurance is intended as protection from catastrophe.. . You're attacking the results rather than the cause. What we need is reform for the absence and removal of government, not more government.

Tough thing to call, but if you want to get into making games then there is two/three options, in various grades of difficulty.. . RPG maker will be an easy into in classic 2D old-school JRPG style games. Granted you can use your imagination and make a story/puzzle game or rework the combat into something more unique, but generally its prebuilt for those turn-based style games. Lots of premade art to allow you to prototype and build quickly, and consider redoing your art later for something a bit more polished.. . GameMaker would be the equivalent of the next step. Again, you will struggle to produce something of real quality with it, but it helps the non-coders to do more stuff. You will have to build basically everything though, and it could be a good indication into what goes into actually making a game.. . Next step up is Unity. I believe this is free to download and play with, but there are probably some terms with publishing/selling work. Anyway, this is more like a generic game engine and uses C# language to interact with. You can do an aweful lot with little to no code, but there is so much documentation and tutorials out there that it isn't an impossibility to start on. Granted, networked 3D FPSs with game rules and detailed maps aren't going to be done in a few months, but you could make quite a slick little 2D tech-demo after some practice.. . Then the next step beyond that is using a Game Engine. Source Engine is free to play with if you own any Source game from Valve (in Steam under "tools"). Tutorials are out there and you could learn to make levels for Counter-strike, Hats for TF2, Items for DotA2 and then move onto a mini mod. Unreal Engine 3 is a very good beginner to pro level engine, and free to evaluate and play with. Has a huge bank of nicely designed/scaled models to build worlds quick. Learn to make some Unreal Tournament 3 levels, then you can progress from there with all the scripting block stuff and make other non-FPS stuff. CryEngine is also available for a trail or evaluation, but I have never done professional work in it, or even anything above importing the odd model and running around in stock FPS stuff, so I can't comment on what it is like to use, but I imagine its not too far from the others.. . Final level really is coding from scratch, which is a very long learning process. This is where things become extremely specialized and your better off learning Java/C#/C++ and core programming. Maybe once you have a grip on that, learning a graphics library would be the next step. This final step is how most indie games, big PC games and so on are built. I got into all this stuff learning XNA for Xbox 360's, but that is becoming obselete now, and just isn't as good as C#/C++ and DirectX.. . Choose your path! Have fun. My opinion would be to play with Unreal if you want to make some cool FPS arena maps without much learning. Or RPG maker if your into that sort of stuff, and what to strut your creative mind.
