the trust states,"it is the grantors intention and desire that no income or principal shall be paid to any beneficiary during the lifetime of the Grantor absent an emergency or extraordinary circumstances relating to health, education, and maintenance of a lineal descendant of the Grantor, in which case such invasion may be made only if deemed appropriate by the Trustee in the Trustee's absolute discretion.

my sentence started "I would think of myself as a....". . The next one is sort of the same but "My friends and peers consider me to be __________ " (blah blah blah. talk about anything to do with subjects you want to do - in this paragraph in mine i also sort of ramble about how i like reading and writing because i took english lit). . . "In my free time, I ...." this was a pretty long paragraph, i listed any stuff i do that is sport related- anything that could be linked together

We have been married for 13 years and we have one son. My husband is fed up with his family and is changing his name. Do we have to remarry in order for us to be legally married now that his name will be different than what's on the marriage certificate? Also how do we change our sons last name?. Well it's not just a family disagreement. It's much more than that. His mother is a loon. She has threathened to kill me and so on. I've lived this for 13 years and we're both tired of it. My husband was adopted by her when he was an infant. He just wants to be done with her legally so we can cut all ties of her with our son. We're afraid of what she's capable of. She's very dangerous and has been in and out of mental hospitals for years due to her using lots of medication and then going out and doing crazy things. We even have a restraining order against her but that doesn't seem to stop her..

If someone is awarded Power of Attorney for an elderly person, what exactly does that mean? Will they inherit everything, can they have the person change beneficiaries on insurance policies, etc.? Thanks..
