When did Yahweh officially change his Hebrew name to "Allah", which is just a noun?

I was wondering if a diocesan priest can legally change his surname, or if he is required to keep his birth name?.

I guess you are talking about a letter to the editor? If so, there really isn't a true 'format.' It's basically a good op-ed piece of your own. But, I'd be sure to include your name and number - they typically won't run an anonymous letter.. . Also, be sure to do the following when writing the response:. . 1) Address both sides of the argument. For ex sample, if you are writing about an article you don't agree with, say things like, 'while I understand why one would think that global warming is a real problem, the causes haven't truly been identified' etc. . 2) Do your research - you can't make a good argument with out knowing the subject matter. Include examples and such - like court cases, scientific studies, poll numbers ect.. 3) Don't try and drill your opinion on to others. Simply state what you believe and why.. 4) Make sure the lead (the first paragraph) is about 3 sentences long and states your reason for writing and briefly your opinion on the topic. The following paragraphs should support your belief, as well as address the other side of the argument.. 5) The closing should wrap up what you wanted to convey in your piece. Sometimes rewording the lead will effectively do so.. . Good luck. . Yeah - following the format of a business letter would do the trick.
