You're taxing someone simply because they died (how that is a taxable event I will never know) and stealing it from what they wanted to use the money for.. . And if that weren't enough, this money was ALREADY taxed throughout their life. They are double taxing it. How in the world is this right? Do they have no shame?.

Is PowerPoint free where I can download it on my computer?

Hello, I am taking a Religion in the world class and well it is very hard for me to understand and grasp anything. My teacher gave us all a worksheet to try to answer some questions to. I was hoping someone could help me out and in a way I could understand a bit.. . 1.) What is the place and role of the human within the cosmological drama of "monotheism" (Judaism & Christianity). . 2.) How does Original Sin help make a unique Christian theology (point of view about the human being's relation to God) seperate from Judaism?. . Thank you so much for your help, it is greatly appreciated!.

I changed my name and my children's names by Deed Poll in the UK. This was an easy process and went smoothly.. I'm a dual citizen of UK and USA.. Will my name change be valid in America? A friend of mine in similar circumstances managed to change her name in her American passport - but I think she did this at the US embassy in England.. Do I need to go to England to do this? Or will I be able to use my UK Deed Poll name change document in America?. Just to clarify - I have changed my name in England. I am a dual UK-US citizen. How do I change my name in America as well? Will the UK deed poll be sufficient?.

Many legal documents must be signed by an individual with the mental capacity to make decisions and sign documents while understanding the implications. Therefore, when someone is diagnosed with dementia, amending existing legal arrangements and setting up new arrangements can become complicated. Revisions or drafts of new legal arrangements should be written as soon as possible after diagnosis so that the person still has the mental capacity to make sound decisions and can make his wishes known

I have successfully installed a template to my Joomla cp and have unpublished all other "site" templates. I'd like to delete the default images/media from said template but the folder does not show up in either my ftp (filezilla) or my media manager within Joomla. I don't understand why because it is published and even set to "default" for my site. Any insight or (hopefully) a solution to help me view these folders so that I can alter the included images/media would be greatly appreciated. I can see the path when I inspect the specific elements on the front-end of my page, but that path doesn't seem to exist within Joomla media manager or filezilla. Thanks for the help guys..
