if i'm a canadian citizen living in the united states as a permanent resident and i wanted to legally get my first name changed, how and where should i do so? And what price range should I be looking at?.

Hi. I've got a daughter with my ex girlfriend and she has changed my daughters name to her surname, rather than mine which she was originally 'born' with n is on mine n original birth certificate. . I've got a copy of my daughters original birth certificate.. . Do I need a copy of this deed poll name change? I'm wondering because i don't want it to have implications n so she can't be malicious, as she's bitter about letting me see her as it is!. . Thanks.

Why do UK Deed Poll only allow the subject to change there name to a British name?
