You get a notice form the FBI that you have violated such and such federal criminal statute and that criminal charges are being pursued against you. Keep in mind, federal law does not make a distinction between age groups and a teenager appearing in federal court is treated as an adult.. . Then you get a letter from the complaining music company demanding thousands of dollars in copyright fees and punitive dollars for violating the companies rights.. . Next you appear in Federal Court where you get sentenced to a $35,000 fine and 3 yrs supervised probation. Violate the terms of your probation, you will serve the balance of time in a federal prison.. Finally the music company sues you in court for their money that you don't have because you are trying to pay off the Federal Fine. The music company submits your criminal conviction as proof beyond a reasonable doubt that you did what they are suing you for, and get a summary judgment against you for the money you owe them since all they are required to prove is "it is more likely than not" that you did what they accuse you of. The rest of your life, you are making payments on their judgment against you.

If there is any issue about his competence to sign a power of attorney, you could start a legal proceeding to have yourself appointed his conservator, but this is extreme.. . There are many different forms for a power of attorney. You could get a form at an office supply store or from your bank, but it would be best to consult with an attorney. That way you can also make sure your friend has an estate plan (a will and/or a trust) that will ensure this problem does not become huge when he passes away! That can be a real mess if your friend does not take steps to avoid it.. . No one can possibly advise you regarding the protection your friend has as a result of the "paper" without knowing what the paper says.

you want a contract format.. . I will help you free, email me

She is NOT demented and already has a home health aide to help give her a bath, help her get to the toilet, etc. However, she needs someone to help her pay bills, buy groceries and take her to the doctor.. . I used the word "personal assistant" but is there another term/word for the occupation that I described??. . Also, how do I go about looking for a personal assistant..
