My father found out his real last name wasnt what his Mother had told him his whole life so I am trying to change my last name (which i have no blood ties to) to his last name to carry on the family name..my question is I am married and do I change my last name legally then get a new marriage cert or does my wife have to change her last name the same way as me?.

Well, I am in dire need of some advice. I had been thinking of making a site like tvshack for ages, and with the infinite websites out there just like tvshack i thought It would be a no risk site to make. So I started creating my web template and adding a content, untill the other day I heard that there had been the biggest clampdown on video link sites in 10 years with tvshack, piratebay... all being seized. Is there away to create this site without being siezed, I have noticed site like surfthechannel still exist that are huge. Is there a way of doing it and avoiding detection, I do not host the video's on my server only link to embedded third party website players like megavideo. So what make's it so some video linking site run smoothly and other don't, and would i just get asked to remove certain videos or pay a fine? Or is there a legal way to run a video linking website?. Yes I know it's illegal but so many sites just market it as 'linking' and 'sharing', so there's no concrete disclaimer I can use?.

Hello Umair. You can google "Re-Employment Letter" and try to emulate their styles or try an online resume building website like http://resumecompanion which contain templates for creating these types of documents. Try to keep it simple and to the point. Simply ask your employer to write the letter and why they intent to re-employ you. Short and sweet should do the job just fine since it's just standard operating procedure. Best of luck!

I have been filling out job application forms in california where I live with my new name I changed with a deed poll. But the social security number on the applications has my old name with that number. Is this why I have not been getting any job calls yet. Can I explain to them at the interview that I changed my name and have not got around to getting a new social security number with my new name yet because I do not know where the office is to get a new social security number. Or do all employers before they give a interview check the social security number before they call you for a interview to see if the name and numbers match. Or can you call the social security on the phone or write to them saying you have changed your name. So are they going to do a check before I get a interview or can I explain at the interview that I cahnged my name. Thank you for your help..

I need help with a sentencing letter to a judge regarding my neighbor.?

This first letter back from them is just a standard response, and can safely by ignored, just press on with your claim.. . The steps to follow are given below, for you, proceed with step 2 14 days after the bank received your first letter.. . 1) Send the bank a letter asking for them to refund your charges, giving them 14 days to reply.. . 2) Send the bank a Letter Before Action giving the bank one last chance to refund your charges before you take court action, giving them 14 days to reply.. . 3) File a claim in the small claims court. The claim is served on the bank 5 days after its submitted. The bank then has 14 days to acknowledge the claim. If they don't then after the 14 days from when the claim is served, you can request a Judgement by Default, and win the case. If they do acknowledge the claim, then then have another 14 days (making 28 days after the date the claim was served on the bank) to file a defence. If they don't then you can again request a Judgement by Default and win the case. If they file a defence, then a court date will be allocated and the bank will back down at some point before that date, they won't go to the actual hearing. Either way, you will win, its just a matter of how much time it takes, but that depends on how the bank behaves.. . Up until you file the claim in court, just ignore all communication from the bank unless it makes an offer of full settlement of your charges, or an offer of part settlement you are happy with, as they will just be standard responses designed to delay things and put you off carrying on with your claim.. . Make sure you send all letters to the bank, and later court, by recorded delivery, so you have proof they are received, and more importantly, the date they were received. All the deadlines start from the date the bank received your letter, which you can get from the tracking section of the Royal Mail website.. . Full guides to each of the steps are on my site below, which explains each step in detail. There are also template letters you can put your own details in and send to the bank (in your case look at the Letter Before Action letter for the next step).. . The site is free to use.
