My mom wants to put me as her POA. We use to live in Pennsylvania. And up there the POA has to be 21 or older. We live in Florida now and we are wondering if I am old enough to be her POA. I am 18.. . Please don't respond to this if you have no useful information..

No....you don't have to give notice. But being in California and having lived in the property for over 12 months the landlord is required to give you at least a 60 days notice that he is terminating your tenancy. If you are under a current lease the landlord must allow you to stay until that lease period has expired.. . The 60 day notice time period applies only to the landlord, not the tenant. The tenant is still only required to give a 30 day notice to terminate tenancy.....However you are not required to give any notice because you are responding to the landlord's previous notice.. . Again......more boneheaded misinformation from Flower, but what else is new.
