a corp is for those . with lots of assets at risk.. . go to the state corp commission and fill out the forms.. . the state has a set fee for that. then, you have. to run the articles of incor for 4 weeks.. . then when you send that to the corp com, you are. a corp. since the state does not give discounts. and the newspapers do not either,. why pay someone else to do these simple things. for you?. . [by the way, doesn't it seem stupid for. a company named MYCORPORATION. to file LLC papers????] yes, most. of the filing is the same. It just seems. stupid to pay someone hundreds of. $ to do what will cost you less than. 200

Regarding the cats...if you have already hired a real estate agent, he or she should be honest with you and let you know if there is an odor. If you have not yet hired an agent, ask a trusted friend. Pet odors can be a deal killer "if it's smelling, it's not selling". Don't be upset if there is one. I have yet to list a house with pets that didn't have pet odor. It comes with the territory.

can a life estate be changed or voided by the grantor.. the person with the life estate wants to remove the beneficiary and name someone else. can this be done?.

Yes it is legal to start that way, But if you are aiming at businesses to be your customers they might expect you to appear to be as professional as they are in their businesses. In other words approaching them as professionals may get you more work. You don't have to go to great expense initially untili you see how the trade is going. Create your own company name and flyers on your PC and print them, and your business cards as well on your home PC/printer. Create a portfolio of your past work examples to show prospective customers. Don't just walk into a business and ask to see the boss. Be professional, don't waste your own time, but instead ring up for an appointment to be sure the boss will see you to talk about the services you can offer. Always talk about the reason they should see you - ie to save money etc.. Don't forget, you can include the cost of starting your business up in your first year's accounts to keep down your profits and reduce your tax liability. Also remember to keep good records of all your sales and purchases for your accounts.. You may just work part time but the accounts still need to be prepared, along with your tax return.. Good luck in your new business.
