I think it's perfectly acceptable to change your name - but I think you're doing it for a very wrong reason. As far as I can tell, you want to change your name because you don't want to correct people on your name. If someone gets your name completely wrong and calls you, say, Jamie, and then other people start it, will you want to change your name to Jamie? People are going to get your name wrong. I promise saying "actually, it's _____" is only hard the first time. Trust me, no one could ever say my name right growing up.

Hope this helps.. Also, Microsoft Word should have a professional letter draft. Not sure if yours will, I think the one I have at home does.. . I wouldn't recommend saying the Judges Name. Like I said there may be room for mistake. He might be sick and there might be another judge taking over his hearings. With To whom this may concern it will make both Judge's feel more personal with the letter than simply that one if this were to happen.

My whole name is Mary Grace Louise (Lastname) . I have two middle names that I love but it's confusing for others and never shows up on legal documents. I'm considering either hyphenating it to Mary Grace-Louise but will that show up either? My other thought is just either drop the middle name or have it as Mary Hazel (mother's name, very important) . my question is, is the whole process hard or cost a lot of money? I know it's a lot of paper work. My last question is will my name change be very confusing for others? I am an adult, (just turned 19) so I can do this by my self..

Are you wanting an example of a letter to send to customers warning them they will be disconnected, or are you wanting to disconnect your telephone? It makes a big difference.. . If you are wanting something to send to customers, you must be sure and meet the Public Utility Commission's rules for your state.. . If you are just wanting to disconnect your own service, just be sure you are not under any contract that may cause you significant financial consequences. If you need to do it in written form, just be sure ad spell out exactly what you want: your account number, telephone numbers and date you want disconnected. If you need a recording, be sure and provide details about that too. It would probably be easier to just give them a call and then if you must, follow it up in writing..

The potential issue with ?DIY? contracts however is that they may not cover all the scenarios they should or are unclear. Potentially this can cause problems if there are any disagreements after the contract is signed .One party may think they are entitled to something not covered in the contract or a particular term could be interpreted in a way that was not actually in your minds when you did the deal. That said you did the deal 3 years ago and presumably took the business over and paid for it. So the issue now is not ? Do I have a contract? but: ?What effect does it have 3 years on ?? .

What problems might arise from using a data model that has not been normalized?
