You can use any kind you want and all should work for "cones" (regular birthday hats). Some of the lighter-weight ones might need to be handled a little more carefully if your child is young.
Power of attorney for my dad?
Can anyone tell us about some real estate?
You should have legal documentation of the change. Bring that to the Social Security Administration and fill out the appropriate forms with your parent/legal guardian. But you should probably expect a lot of questions about why this wasn't done when you were four. But that's your mother's screw-up, not yours.
I signed contract with a retail broker to sell my retail store. Broker has listed $12000 flat commission which is lot more and not doing anything to fine me a buyer. Finally I found a buyer on my own and selling half the listed price by broker. . My contract with broker expires this month. . My Questions: . 1) If i sell business after contract is expired do i still have to pay commission to a broker? or can i and buyer sign the purchase agreement now and do closing after contract expires? . 2) Any option to avoid or pay little commission?.
