I can see that you would want some kind of paper that the other person signs that says they received their money but it doesn't work like that in this kind of situation. The legal way is to either write them a check or give them a money order for the amount owed, but their name needs to be on that document (so when they cash that well then that's your proof that it's been repaid). The rough part is that that person might be hesitant to accept a paper type payment. If he does though is you'd have a receipt of that transaction.. . A printable document isn't going to help you as more than likely they won't sign it. What was the money for?

Good luck.

Many people talk about real estate as a solid investment, the best ever. I'm sure you've seen the infommercials.. I had the opposite experience. My wife and I bought a starter home. When it was time for the two of us to get divorced, 7 years later, the house was worth less on the market than what we owed on it. . Did you ever get burned in real estate like that?. We had to let the house go through foreclosure and bankruptcy, rather than sell it and be responsible for the difference..

A Power of Attorney is a legal and binding document. Regardless of the US State. It's good in any state which upholds the laws of the country.. . I have used my POA at H&R Block several times with no problem (in other states). Don't go in to the office with a doubtful attitude. Just give your tax preparer a copy of your POA and be ready to sign your name.

Name . Title . Organization . Address . City, State, Zip Code

Eric, you would have to send a copy of the completed form to all of the places where you want to use the name and yes you would have t pay to change the documents, whatever you do Kyle is not an acceptable change so choose something else.
