Most of the freebie legal websites have something, but they are extremely generic.. . I recommed you head to the public library and check out a book on incorporating. Many of them come with CDs filled with all the documents and forms you need, and very good instructions.. . BTW:, they are also very generic. You really should have an attorney draw up all your forms, because the laws in every state vary enough to make it maddening.
I signed with Model Productions in Lawrenceville, GA a year ago and received access to their casting board on their website. I've submitted my photos to the clients that were listed. I either got no response, unavailable e-mail and/or mailing addresses. From what I've found out about them as I looked them up on the Internet, the majority of people say they are not helpful in marketing models and talent at all because they only give them photos with one look, rather than a variety of looks. The bottom line is, they're not legitimate nor they are licensed by SAG.. . I'm looking forward to leaving them but can anyone provide me any examples of resignation letters to modeling agencies?.

My father-in-law died 18 years ago. The will has never been probated and my mother-in-law has had possesion of all the assets. What does it mean to probate a will? We think my husband may have been left something, but he did not know. Can he get the will probated now?.
