What are examples of licensing agreements?

Just stop using them. Once you found out and ''cease and desist'' they have no case. They will keep bothering you, and you can ignore them or let them know you have stopped. In either case document everything you have done (with names and dates) and keep it safe until they leave you alone. I would think they make their living on saps that just pay them, DON'T!

anyone knows the best credit repair company?

We've been trying to sell our home (in MI) for about 2 years now, & finally found someone happy to purchase it on a land contract. Our mortgage co said OK (as long as it's a 3-year deal) and we've agreed on a full price, and also figured out what the monthly P&I payment would be...now what? I called a title co & they will do the title work (insurance...what a rip-off!) & will host the closing for another $300. Cool! But I don't have a clue how this will work technically. For example, does the buyer pay the mortgage co the P&I every month, using OUR account/loan number, then set up their own escrow acct for taxes and homeowner's insurance? What would the purch agreement look like? Where can I FIND a good purch agreement template? Oh, help. Please. I'm a little confused and they want to move in on Aug. 1....

I'm 16, and I wish to change my name, but one of parents who has joint custody of me refuses to give consent. I have done my research, and in the province of Ontario (which I live in), if you are 16 or 17 years old and your legal guardian(s) refuse to give their consent, you can ask the Ontario Court of Justice if they would let you apply to change your name without their consent. The only problem is, I have no idea how to do this. Will i need to get a lawyer? Or go to court? Thanks so much for any ones help, I'm desperate to do this :).

I have to write an opinion letter on one of these topics.... - Fast food and it's effects on children and society. - The effect of television on the brain and lifestyle of children. - The lack of reading in teens
