Litigation

Litigation

Why did you ask this twice? Oh well, here's my answer again:. . Minors cannot make binding contracts. So Jane Doe can't be held to the terms of the contract. And I'd run that particular contract by a lawyer first, to see if it's legal in your state for your parents to simply turn you loose while you're still a minor. They will probably be held accountable for anything that you do while you're still under 18, and they'll still be responsible for your health and well-being.. . A contract is generally not considered legally binding unless each party gets something. You get to live without your parents' supervision, but what do they get out of this contract?. . Finally, as a minor, you don't own anything. Not the money you earn, or the things that you buy, or the gifts others have given you, with a very few exceptions.. . You could TRY to get emancipated. However, it would take longer than 3 months, and pleas for emancipation are almost never granted, even if they're legal in your state. Not all states allow this.. . You will find it quicker to just suck it up for 3 months, because by the time you go through all the legal stuff, it would take about that long, and cost you chunk of money.. . You can use this time to look for a job and an apartment, and buying some household goods. Do you have sheets and pillowcases and towels of your own, for example?? Because if your folks have half a dozen other kids, they're going to want to keep the ones you've been using. Do you have a job now? Have you even graduated yet? Your language skills leave something to be desired, you know.. . To sum up, this is not a legal contract, and it could easily be broken. It would also take longer to go through the legal system than to wait for three months.

I need help writing a letter for my wife's case worker as proof of income ? plz help?

Can I change my name in college?

Deed poll name changes? No, many are not even registered centrally if it is done via a solicitor the solicitor could have the document still in their own office................... also as it is personal data and living people there are laws which stop private records being viewed by the public............ . If someone changes their surname, eg parents change a 4 yr old child's surname, then the 'new' birth cert with the new name is the only birth cert that you could get copy of as the original one is sealed. The only way in the future that anyone would know of a name change is if prior to the name change the child was baptised, so the name would be in the PRs, if there was a census taken prior, so it would show the original name............. with a 100 year rule of census it isn't something you would be waiting to view, it could only be used for someone pre 1911............................
