• Mr. Sanfield received his bachelor of arts with honor in 1985 from Michigan State University. He received his juris doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1989.

  Mr. Sanfield began his legal career at the largest medical malpractice defense firm in Michigan. There, Mr. Sanfield developed expertise in the field of medical malpractice law defending hospitals and healthcare providers over the course of eleven years. In addition to earning a reputation as a skilled litigator, Mr. Sanfield also became a sought out speaker who donated his time presenting and discussing medical legal issues to a variety of audiences.

  In April 2001, Mr. Sanfield made a signficant career change and turned his attention to the representing victims of medical malpractice.
