Power of Attorney can be good or bad. It allows someone to have the say over everything that is on the power of attorney paperwork. If you do it you really need to be extra specific as to what can or cannot be allowed but still its sometimes hard to keep a bad person from trying sneaky things anyway. My brother was exector of my parents estate so he made the final decisions as to exactly what went down but is a very good man and he met with all of us to get our opinions and also was with mom a lot before she passed on so he pretty much did what she wanted done. Due to some obstacles he had to go a few different routes but we were all pre informed about them. Some sons wouldn't be that good. Some would never be that good. If the mom is still alive I don't think I would do power of attorney. I think I would do a law firm with the son being allowed to only sign the name for the mom or I would have at least 2 siblings so that one can double check. Power of attorney only needs to be IF the mom is not cohearant anymore. If she can understand and write her name then do not get power of attorney. She is still her own boss. Then all you need is someone that can take her things properly to the bank or now with computers she can even do all that online. Just use caution. If you don't the mom may be left penniless and so may all the other siblings involved.

There are some challenges to quilting on a standard machine. If you have a very short harp, or arm, there won't be a lot of room for the quilt when you're trying to work at the very center, especially if it's a very large quilt.

Court of north carolina told me to send the order to the Philippines, Does anyone know what the process for this ( in the Philippines)? or what should I do next? thank you!.

If you have changed your name by deed poll UK, how should you write your CV with regards to your previous jobs?

Most teachers typically use the same "template" (I guess you could call it) when writing recommendation letters. You can go ahead and ask your teacher for one if you know they'd be willing you to write one, and once you know where you are applying you could tell them and they could just fill it in.. . Some teachers are strange, and do not want you reading your letters of recommendation so they might not give it to you ahead of time if you don't know where you're sending it.
