Praise the Lord!. . Do you realize that you are free?. Jesus was homeless on this planet!. Jesus did not work with His hands to gain materials or money.. You are free from the bondage of money!. . This is how Jesus fulfilled the Law of the Old Testament by not working for Himself or anyone else on planet earth. Nor, did He lie, cheat or steal! He sought out only His Father! This is what made Him innocent before the Father in Heaven, thus "This is My Son! In Him I AM well pleased!" Thus He was at "REST IN THE FATHER!". . Only the Lonely and Isolated WILL FIND THE KINGDOM OF GOD! Jesus says "come to me ALL who are weary and heavy ladened, I WILL GIVE YOU REST! For my burden is easy (rest) and my yoke is light (LIGHT!!!).". . You are on the verge of becoming ONE in thought with the Father in heaven. <--- This is not being taught in the churches!. . This of course depends on IF ONE BELIEVES!. . Prasie the Lord!. You are at the Door of The Holies of Holies!. Step through.. Enjoy the Peace and Rest that is about to be bestowed upon you!. . Prasie the Lord!

I live hours from the closest Social Security office, so I thought I'd mail in my application. I call first, to get a list of info required. Well of course, wouldn't you know it, the person on the phone TOLD ME WRONG! Uggg! My documents and application are sent back to me. An attached paper states "In addition to your marriage certificate, we need both your old identification in your maiden name and your new ID in your married name." I had sent in my marriage certificate, birth certificate and social security card, as the customer service rep told me. Apparently this wasn't enough. I will be traveling there tomorrow. They do not open until 9:00, and I plan to be on the road before that. So I won't be able to speak with anyone concerning my questions. OK, I'll take all of my first documents, along with my driver's license. What else do I need? It states, in bold "YOUR NEW ID IN YOUR MARRIED NAME." What is that? I'm trying to get my name changed NOW. What ID would I have with my married name? I can't get a driver's license in my married name, until I get my name officially changed at the social security office. I'm lost! Can someone please help?. Yah, before this, I was 100% certain that the first thing you do after getting married, is to get a new social security card......to go to your local ss office or mail them the application. That's what everything online states and everyone that I asked in person. I wish I'd called them last week! But like anything else, when you call, you're on hold FOREVER and then are lucky if you speak to an actual human. I just didn't notice the note at the bottom, about them needing old ID and new ID with new name until now. I just looked previously and saw "insufficient identification" marked and didn't notice the note at the bottom. What a pain!!! It wouldn't be a big deal if the SS office wasn't 2 hours away, which means I have to take a day off from work, have someone else pick the kids up after school in case I'm late getting home, etc. And after all of this, the closest DMV is 2 hours in the OTHER DIRECTION! Awww, the joys of living in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee. .

Hi!. . Your information goes under your signature with typed name, not on top. The first line is always today's date.. . Make sure you double space between the salutation line and your first sentence. I suggest:

The name before is merely to let whoever gets your email. know who you are,and is safe as any email is.. The security comes only from your password which should have. a mixture of numbers symbols and hig and low case print. EG, MyPa$w?Rd123. Good luck with your buisness. . Jess :)

Speaking as a nationally know credit score and lending expert (book, rado shows, newspaper columns, etc.):. . Did you get your credit scores from an on-line service or a mortgage lender. The scores are very different, higher or lower!. . That is too low of a score for a 100% loan, period. Sub-prime lenders now require 580 or 600 or 620 for 100% financing, depending on lender.. . Fannie Mae's "Flex 100" program may approve you on their computer underwriting now especially if you have a retirement account or cash reserves or stock/bonds saved.. . Your self-employment is also a HUGE mortgage lending issue. Almost every lending company requires 2 years in business with various forms of proof of that being acceptable.. . FHA lending is a small possibility. I have not been involved in that for years. They were recently in the news as possibly offering 100% financing but had always been 97%. FHA does not underwrite loans on scores. One year perfect credit and one year paying your rent (WITH PROOF--not money orders or cash or a letter from the landlord) are what makes FHA fly. 12 months on-time rent would be cancelled checks or a letter from a professional property managment company--or it showing on 12 bank statements in a row.. . Mortgage lending is about 250X more complex than people think--it is NOT only about scores.
