  • Jeff King is a tough, ethical, and professional criminal defense attorney that will aggressively fight for the rights of clients in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex and all over the world. As a combat veteran and judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, Jeff deployed in defense of our nation and spent many hours in a courtroom on both sides of the aisle as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.

As a Marine prosecutor stationed at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, Jeff was responsible for hundreds of criminal prosecutions and investigations which helped him prepare for a career of defending both military personnel and civilians charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.

After Parris Island, Jeff deployed with 1st Battalion, 25th Marines to a combat zone in Fallujah, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. As the legal advisor for over 1,500 U.S. Marines, Jeff advised infantry unit commanders on a broad spectrum of issues from military justice to laws of armed conflict.

Upon returning from deployment, Jeff reported to Camp Pendleton, California where he served as Senior Defense Counsel in the busiest trial shop in the Marine Corps. For over three years, he was consistently in the courtroom fighting for the rights of Marines and sailors accused of offenses ranging from drug crimes, sex crimes, murder, fraud, computer crimes, assaults, law of armed conflict violations, and many more. Jeff was hand-selected to defend clients in several high profile cases, to include a Marine Battalion Commander in a highly-publicized war crimes case out of Haditha, Iraq in 2005, as well as a Marine charged with the murder of an Iraqi Army soldier in 2007.

Jeff King knows what it takes to fight for his clients. If you or a family member are being investigated for a crime, or if you have been charged, contact Jeff today to schedule a consultation. Whether you are a civilian or uniformed servicemember, if you need a skilled, professional attorney to provide the excellent quality of defense you deserve, get in touch with Jeff King today.

The easiest way is to press - 3 or more times on a blank line and press Enter. This will give you a line from margin to margin.. . It you want this line to be closer to the edge of the page than the margin, view the Ruler by going to View Tab, Show group and click on Ruler. Highlight this line only and drag the triangle at the right margin closer to the edge of the page. Drag the square under the 2 triangles at the left margin to change that.. . You can also create a 1 cell table with the text you want in the cell and remove all cell borders except the bottom border. You can expand the width of the cell by dragging the left and right cell borders.

Say I have already faxed something in regards to this letter, is there somewhere I need to put FAXED: example, on this letter? Or do I just simply state that in the letter?? . hope I make sense!.

I don't want to pay for a resume-- just to get some ideas or suggestions on how to write one. I don't have a specific job title so I might go with a little generic in more cover letter.. . I haven't worked in 8 years (I stayed home with the kids) so this is new to me and a bit intimidating since there are so many qualified people out there looking for work. And having kids, I would like to work when they are in school..

I know its great you can also phone them and ask for the charges to your account over the last 6 years you can then request them to refund them. I'm going in to see my bank on Monday to get it don there and then! they've already agreed to refund. Mind you there was a case this week which had gone to court and the judge ruled in favour of the bank, so be careful. just be honest with them and polite they'll then make a gesture of good will. a friend of mine works for one of the UK's leading banks the one that only has uk call centres and he said you're allowed 2 full refunds a year. other than that you have to do the whole process.
