I think it is a sensational idea. I wouldn't worry about grammar or spelling at the beginning just get your thoughts down on paper. You sound like a very inspirational person and what you write sounds as though it would be interesting to know that people who do suffer from hard knocks in life can survive. Too often you hear about people that lean towards drugs and alcohol when life gets tough, it is really really great to see someone wanting to write about it, whehter it is just for themselves and their immediate family or whether it ends up being a published piece of work.. You don't need any special format, just write a letter of invitation at the company name, and wrote that you invite them in Canada to visit your factory (include date of possible visit).
