My sister has 4 children, the youngest 5 months old. His name is Parker. She couldn't really think of anything else she liked at the time....now she says she really doesn't like it, but just goes with it.. Charliee... My Dads name is Grant. It is also my grandma's maiden name, We are decendents of Ulysses S. Grant.. She did plan it out, but just couldn't think of anything else.... . She has . Emma. Zian . Ryder . Parker.

Most likely you will need to change your name first. You can do this with a simple name change form filed with the court. You will need to tell a judge why you are making the name change. The court doesn't really care, this is just so they can prevent people from changing their names for criminal/fraudulent reasons. You will also likely need to announce the name change in the paper. Once the court enters the decree of name change, you take the court document and get a new social security card and driver's license. After that, when you get married (assuming you are in a state which will legally recognize your marriage), your spouse will just need the marriage certificate to change her social security card and driver's license. Voila! You both have the name you want, legally. If you aren't in a state that recognizes your marriage, you both need to go through the same name change process with the court.. . It does take some time and some legal paperwork shenanigans, but it's not that bad and can be really worth it if it gives you both the name you want.

different occasions call for different Swiss Army Knives.. . I buy a dozen "Sportsmen" at a whack and give them to nieces, nephews and others as graduation gifts. The nephews, some of whom have never written, sometimes send a thank-you letter that goes into a second page.

Is called an "Agreed Order" you title it just like the divorce papers with the file number, parties etc. Everything is the same on the top part. Then you type in 12 bold, underlined caps AGREED ORDER space down two lines and write it is agreed the the defendant (or whichever the father is) and the plaintiff have agreed in the best interest of all parties involved that the child support amount for (child's name who was born to this marriage on (child's date of birth) will be $(monthly amount) and date(s) it's to be paid and the amounts of the payments. Then space down and make a blank for you to sign, him to sign and another for the judge. Put a title under each blank that states the names of the parties. I couldn't find a template you can use, but if you still don't understand, message me your email address and I will send you an example. Good Luck! I don't know about your state, but we take them to the court house here, the judge signs off on it and we file it at the clerks office.

Is it a good idea to turn in cover-letter & resume along with job application?

I was married in April, and have since went to the DMV with my marriage cert. and had my name changed on my drivers license and bank ect..... How do I go about getting a new Social Security card with my new name.... same number? I'm naive to this.......
