Every year, it seems that associate pay increases. Clients are often expected to cover these raises by paying continuously escalating associate billable rates. We have addressed this problem by not throwing more money at associates and raising client rates. Instead, we have created what we call a "great place for great people to work" through creative incentives, merit-based employment, and retention-focused management. Someone is finally willing to repay a loan, if we send over a letter releasing them of future claims.?

How do I take a block of text within a web page & create a template?

We have a newborn on the way and don't have a living will. One draft will my wife created using a template from a paralegal class was reviewed by a friend and was found missing some key pieces. The cost to review and correct was around $1000 that would better be spent on diapers and baby gear. Is there a more affordable way to create a living will that covers our assets in case of death?. I think what I'm hoping to create is a Last Will and Testament... unless a Living Trust is better. I suppose the differences are tax related and I do not understand the nuances just yet. I don't have many assets to protect... just a house that's barely profitable thanks to the economy..
