How do I go about changing my last name?

Your friend is speaking of a 1031 exchange. You would be required to purchase a like or more expensive property.

Would this bosal fit my POA?

What does 10 business days mean?

Ok...you don't have much money but it's going to cost you regardless. If the courthouse said thirty dollars then that's what price you are going to have to pay.. . Here's what you do...go to the courthouse, go to the clerks office and ask for the forms. Doing that part is free.. . Fill them out. When you return to the clerks office...you will need documentation of who you are. Birth certificate, SSN card, drivers license, so on and so forth. They will tell you what they need to do it.. . If you are trying to hide from creditors...that is illegal and it won't happen. They will pull your credit report.. . The thirty dollars is just a filing fee....there may be more costs. You up the forms on the Kansas website. Google it and you can print them off from there and give you all the information you need..
