I thought they had abandoned the form letter nonsense a few days ago when they sent me an appeal notice directly. Evidently, God forbid, someone at Y/A made a mistake. It didn't really matter since my appeal was turned down anyway. They really should go directly from the violation notice to the appeal and save everyone, including themselves, the time this process takes. But it's a rare occasion that Y/A will change policy because something makes sense.. But yes, there is another way, Go to forums on the top right of the answers page. That will take you to the message board. On the top right of that is a menu that says, "To appeal a violation notice" Click on that and good luck buddy. I've appealed many notices and have never been successful in this section. I went about 40% successful in politics.. When I mentioned I'd filed a strong appeal a few days ago, I thought I really had my ducks in a row. I got a form letter explaining how I should really read the CG.

Hi guys looking for a template of a grievance letter for unfair dismissal, worked as a dental nurse for a small dental practice for over 2 years, none of us have contracts and was never told that Saturday's were obligatory at start date or interview, we simply help out on Saturdays with labwork etc when needed and is always optional, last week I said I could do this Saturday then the day before I said I could no longer come in ( 2 weeks before christmas is busy for everyone) when I went into work today I was dragged with the manager into the lab and told that because of me there was a build up in the lab (which has been there for a while not directly because of me! Really is the responsibility of the person in the lab) he then told me I was now a "bad egg" opened the door and shouted at me to get out repeatedly and to go get my stuff and go home until he figured out what to do with me. I also accidentally took home a set of keys on Friday for the inside doors of the practice which I have never done before when I left early which meant he had to come back on Friday at the end of the day and lock one door, he lives 5mins round the corner, my colleague told me he wasn't happy about this and that his wife had said he was to be home at 5 so apparently she took the kids and left, which has happened on more than a few occasions because she is never happy with him always staying late at the practice and coming in on his days off. So am I being punished for what's going on in his home life? Is this unfair dismissal? What should i do? Sorry for the long message..

Hello, I signed 3 weeks ago a Sell Listing Agreement for my house with an agent who just announced me that she changed company and does not work for the same broker anymore.. As the contract is signed by this agent working for a specific broker, and the situation has changed, do I still have a contract with the broker or is it an opportunity for me to walk away from this broker I am not very satisfied with [neither was the agent obviously] ?. . Have no health insurance and something terrible happens to you like a major injury or cancer or something? How do you get treated? Or do you even get treated?. . Does anyone here work in a hospital billing department or with social services and could tell me. It's something I worry about constantly as there have been times when I've had no insurance. What about dental emergencies?. . I live in Texas, in case that matters.. . Thanks a whole bunch!.
