Free health clinics in my area?

I email companies hoping to make their products better and they reply with a pre-fab email that keyed a certain word in my email but has nothing to do with the context of my email. Example- I think Yahoo can save money by emptying the Spam folder w/o having the user having to do it. If it is auto-emptied...then millions of spam messages arent clogging the servers and they arent wasting my bandwith in Yahoo's "preview window" while I am waiting for them to load so I can delete them. They email me a useless generic response about how to manage spam messages..

is it OK for only one person to handle 300+ accounts in which I have to call, write letters, emails, plus file payments and deduct payments MANUALLY, (I really mean that), etc. or is it too much for one person? I also do things like bank deposits, proposals for the gov't, translations, etc. I would really like to know if I'm being "exploited" in my job. Someone who really know, please help!!!.
