I don't need any information about the legal stuff. She's taking care of everything related to the life insurance, funeral arrangements, etc. Just basic information on what needs to be done so i have an idea on how i can help set things up, etc.

Usually general power of attorney deed needs registration, while a specific power of attorney for limited purposes need not be registered, but it should be signed before a Notary Public and attested by him. If the power deed is registered with the Registrar's office, they would certainly maintain a copy of the said power deed, say in India in Book IV, in which case you can get a certified copy of the deed from the Registration Department. Whereas, if the power deed is executed before Notary, naturally you cannot get a copy of the Deed. In order to overcome the loss, it would be advisable if the principal cancels the earlier power and executes a fresh power deed in your favour and there is no bar or harm in doing so.

Procedures for Power of attorney?

You are definitely correct. You can do your own wills.. . However before you get started, you need to make a list of all of your assets and liabilities. Additionally, you will need to consider who you want to carry out your wills requests. This person will be the executor of your wills. Alternatively, you can have various people handle various portions of your wills.. . So you have made your list of assets and liabilities and how they should be divided and paid off. You have chosen an executor. Now, google will templates and draw up your wills. Before signing your will, take your executor and one other third party (usually the notary) to get the document notarized.. . I personally recommed sharing your wills with at least two people. That way two individuals will have copies of your will. That way one party can't quesiton the authenticity of the other person's copy of your wishes and noone is surprised.. . In all this will cost you a few hours and maybe $30 for the notary.

Enough is enough. How can Matt Ryan have a better contract then Tom Brady? Well, this is the NFL and I know the answers but that does not make them correct. This is what should be done.. . 1) Rookies should have minimal guaranteed money and be heavily incentive based. . For ex. A 7th round pick should get a bonus if he makes it to the Pro Bowl and this bonus will be the average of all the Pro Bowl players for that position. While the veterans have this money as "guaranteed", the rookie was able to achieve it via "performance".. Ex. # 2: Anquan Boldin would not be so displeased had his agent worked out the incentives in his contract to make "Larry Fitzgerald" type money if he performed equally to Fitzgerald. While it would have been guaranteed for Fitzgerald, Boldin could still get it via incentives.
