How to write (To whom it may concern) Reference ?
If I have a screenplay in New York, featuring Manhattan's District Attorney, who would be able to overrule him if he wanted to, say, prosecute the governor of New York - for crimes committed in the jurisdiction of Manhattan. How would he go about it? Would anyone be able to shut him down?.

Boulder is nestled right at the foot of the Rockies so it's perfect if you want outdoor adventures. Also, Boulder is just BEAUTIFUL.. . If you don't want to live in Boulder b/c of the price/college town, you can always live in suburbs that are close to it, such as Louisville, Longmont, Broomfield, Niwot... . I would recommend living in one of the suburbs.
I've changed my name last year in april and they said it takes about 8 weeks for me to receive my a card. I've been waiting and still i haven't gotten it yet (10 months).
