Who you appoint a power of attorney is generally dependent on you unless of course you are deemed unable to appoint one then the court will appoint one for you. Most probably one of your parents.. . If you think you are fully capable of appointing your own power of attorney you probably might strong medical evidence to support that I am not aware of how power of attorney is appointed where you live but I can say nobody can force themselves to be your power of attorney.

While I realize that your purpose is to collect debts as a collection agent, I am also aware of what a paid collection would represent for me, which is not favorable. That being said, I have concurred through the bureaus that you have the absolute right to report this debt as you see fit or not report it at all.

Until you have gone to court and had your name legally changed the military will not change their records.

How do I write a letter of introduction?

I did job placement counselling for years and here is my take on cover letters. Think of it as a marketing tool. The first paragraph should say why you are writing. If it is just that you are impressed with the company and want to work there, just say that. The second paragraph should answer the question, "why hire me". This should be the 3 or 4 things that you have to offer this company. You need to know your stregths before you begin any job search. Try to link your strengths with their needs and show them how you would be a good fit for their company. (tip: these should also be in the executive summary at the top of your resume and should be the things you make sure you get across in an interview) The last paragraph should say what comes next. Are you going to contact them by phone? Then say, I will contact you next week... If not say, I look forward to talking with you in person about my qualifications. I can be reached at.... Sometimes cover letters and resumes get separated and you want to have your contact info. in the cover letter too. There is also a good book that is titled something like, "Drop Dead Cover Letters."
