• Joe Hatina focuses his practice on the representation of private equity funds, emerging growth companies, and entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience in leveraged buyout/venture capital transactions, financial and corporate restructurings, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. In addition, Joe advises biotechnology and emerging growth companies on securing and protecting intellectual property rights, forming joint ventures and strategic alliances, engaging in technology transfer and commercialization of intellectual property activities, and drafting and developing comprehensive business plans. Joe also advises clients on matters relating to the regulation of political activity and compliance issues under the Federal Election Campaign Act.

Sure. Just grab any one of a number of HTML editors, contact a hosting company for space and someone like GoDaddy or Network Solutions to register your domain name.. . You can pretty much make the website for free. Free hosting is around if you look but free domain names are, if they're still available, going to be shortcuts pointing to your web page rather than a full on domain name.

Is this for logic? If you mean standard form in propositional logic, then it's an atomic statement. So you could just write "B" for bank, or any other letter you wish. If it's some form of logic that can actually signify "many" in its formal structure, then I'm not familiar with it (although I'm sure there is one).. . If you mean the standard form of an argument, then there is no standard form, since it's not an argument.. . If you clarify what you mean, maybe I could be of more help.

Forget the template. You stand a BETTER chance if you actually write your own letter saying what you want. I work in a mail room and can recognize a form letter within 1/2 a second. That is about how much attention I give them. The more I have to read to determine where the letter belongs, the greater the chances I will CARE.
